As a business economist with decades of experience in the areas of project management, construction supervision and project controlling, Joachim's references include solar parks, service sector and research-centers, airports and hotels in many different countries.
Since 2013 he is mainly using his knowledge to construct projects for multigenerational living and nursing care facilities.
Alexander Winde
Has a business degree and disposes of more than 15 years of experience in planning and financing of regenerative energy projects. Alexander was one of the founders of the Umweltfinanz AG in 1996, which is market leader in the area of ecological financing and investment today. He still serves on the board of the company as of today.
Since 2013 he has focused his expertise on planning and developing social and nursing care real estate.
